TAKKT acquisition criteria

To evaluate possible acquisition targets we take the following filter criteria as a basis:

  • Business model: B2A (business to anyone) direct marketing with a focus on B2B for business equipment - either as a multi-channel or web-focused business model (the latter is currently in focus)
  • Product areas in which we are already active, i.e. business equipment (for offices, plants, hotels, catering) as well as packaging and displays:
    • Same, similar or complementary high margin products, also new geographic markets
    • Expansion of the value proposition e.g. through complementary pre- or after-sale services (e.g. office planning, testing and maintenance services)

  • New business areas: Products (especially consumer goods) with above-average growth potential (e.g. healthcare, environment)
  • Positioning as product specialist with competencies in the area of e-commerce and/or digitization
  • Operating in fragmented supplier and customer markets
  • Well-coordinated Management team, which is available at least temporarily
  • Turnover: from around € 10 million in business segments in which we are already active; > € 50 million (perspective) for acquisitions in new product and/or country markets in which we are not yet active
