Share buyback
On October 4, 2022 the Management Board of TAKKT AG resolved a share buy-back program for up to three percent of the current share capital and with a volume of up to EUR 25 million. The buyback program will start on October 6, 2022 and will run until June 30, 2023 at the latest. TAKKT AG announced the terms of this program on October 5, 2022 in accordance to Art. 5 par. 1 lit. a) of Regulation (EU) 596/2014 and Art. 2 par. 1 of Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052.

In view of the continued high equity ratio and the cash flow strength of the business model, the Management Board of TAKKT AG resolved on June 27, 2023 to prolong the buyback program launched in early October 2022. It is scheduled to end on December 31, 2024 at the latest. The program was previously scheduled to expire on June 30, 2023. The total volume of the share buyback program, which has been running since October 2022, will remain unchanged after the extension.
