TAKKT accelerates transformation
In December 2021, the Group decided to accelerate its transformation into a more strongly integrated, customer-focused and growth-oriented company, and realigned itself strategically and organizationally. Since January 1, 2022, the Group addresses the market with the three divisions Industrial & Packaging, Office Furniture & Displays and FoodService. Each division has a focused product portfolio that is tailored to the customer target groups industry/logistics, service providers, HoReCa (hotels, restaurants, catering). The organization along product categories and end markets enables greater sales potential to be realized. The new strategy, comprising the three pillars of Growth, OneTAKKT and Caring, is connected with ambitious goals which TAKKT plans to achieve by 2025.
