Germany, went above the threshold of 3% of the total voting stocks of the
company.

The percentage of voting rights of Threadneedle Asset Management Limited in
TAKKT AG at 25 April 2008 amounted to 3.015% (2,197,891 shares). These
voting rights are in their entirety attributable to Threadneedle Asset
Management Limited pursuant to § 22 para. 1 sent. 1 No. 6 WpHG.

The percentage of voting rights of Threadneedle Asset Management Holdings
Limited in TAKKT AG at 25 April 2008 amounted to 3.015% (2,197,891 shares).
These voting rights are in their entirety attributable to Threadneedle
Asset Management Holdings Limited pursuant to § 22 para. 1 sent. 1 No. 6,
sent. 2 and sent. 3 WpHG.'
