para. 1 WpHG that on 01 September 2012, its stake in the voting rights in
TAKKT AG, Presselstraße 12, 70191 Stuttgart exceeded the threshold of 3%.
On that day, The Capital Group Companies, Inc. held 3.78% (2,480,655
ordinary shares (Stammaktien)) in relation to all voting rights in TAKKT
AG.

3.78% (2,480,655 ordinary shares) were attributed to The Capital Group
Companies, Inc. pursuant to sec. 22, para. 1, sentence 1, No. 6 WpHG in
connection with sec. 22, para. 1, sentence 2 and sentence 3 WpHG.

This notification of voting rights of The Capital Group Companies, Inc.
regarding TAKKT AG is solely based on an internal re-organization of The
Capital Group Companies, Inc. and its group companies. Notifications of
voting rights issued by Capital Research and Management Company are not
affected by this notification.
