Social Impact: Supply Chain

A key element of social sustainability at TAKKT is a structured risk management approach across the supply chain. By integrating ESG criteria into our sourcing processes and complying with regulatory requirements, particularly the German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LkSG), we create transparency, identify risks at an early stage and strengthen the resilience of our supply chain.

In close collaboration with our suppliers and by leveraging internationally recognized assessment platforms such as EcoVadis, we actively drive improvements in working conditions, ethics and environmental performance. In doing so, we contribute to positive social impacts along the value chain.

At the same time, we support our customers with transparent and reliable ESG information, enabling them to meet their own regulatory requirements and make more sustainable purchasing decisions.

TAKKT also leads by example by having its own business units assessed through external ESG ratings. In the EcoVadis sustainability rating 2026, TAKKT Industrial & Packaging (Kaiserkraft, ratioform, Gerdmans and Runelandhs) was awarded a Silver medal in recognition of its CSR performance. The company aims to further improve its rating through targeted measures in the areas of climate and products.
