Since 2012, TAKKT's sustainability reporting has been carried out in accordance with the recognized standard of the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI). With increasing regulation, non-financial reporting will be more closely aligned with legal requirements and guidelines in the future.
In the European Union, the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) is intended to ensure uniform and comparable reporting. While many European countries have already transposed the CSRD into national legislation, this step has yet to be taken in Germany.
Nevertheless, with the current sustainability report, TAKKT has begun to gradually align its reporting with the requirements of the CSRD and the associated European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS). In doing so, the company is creating a transparent and future-oriented basis for the further development of sustainability communication.
