Post-up Stand and BiGDUG strengthen the portfolio

In March 2015 TAKKT acquired Post-Up Stand and expanded its displays business in the US. The company is a leading and established specialist for customized printed advertising material, such as retractable banner stands, trade show displays and advertising banners. In mid-2015 KAISER+KRAFT acquired BiGDUG, the leading online direct-marketing specialist for warehouse equipment in the UK. With both transactions, TAKKT adds expands the business of existing divisions and taps into additional growth potential.
