On 5 November 2007, Threadneedle Asset Management Limited, Swindon, United Kingdom, has informed us according to Article 21 Section 1 of the German Securities Trading Act about the following:

"The following notification is made in the names of Threadneedle Investment Funds ICVC, Threadneedle Investment Services Limited, Threadneedle Asset Management Limited, and Threadneedle Asset Management Holdings Limited, all with registered seat at London, United Kingdom and in the name of Ameriprise Financial, Inc., Minneapolis, USA.

Ameriprise Financial, Inc. is the parent company of Threadneedle Asset Management Holdings Limited, which is the parent company of Threadneedle Asset Management Limited and Threadneedle Investment Services Limited. Threadneedle Investment Services Limited delegates asset management to Threadneedle Asset Management Limited. Threadneedle Investment Services Limited is the investment manager of Threadneedle Investment Funds ICVC.

Please be advised that on 1 November 2007 the share of voting stocks of the above mentioned companies in TAKKT AG, Presselstrasse 12, 70191 Stuttgart, Germany, went below the threshold of 3% of the total voting stocks of the company.

The percentage of voting rights of Threadneedle Investment Funds ICVC in TAKKT AG at 1 November 2007 amounted to 2.878% (2,097,709 shares).

The percentage of voting rights of Threadneedle Investment Services Limited in TAKKT AG at 1 November 2007 amounted to 2.878% (2,097,709 shares). These voting rights are in their entirety attributable to Threadneedle Investment Services Limited pursuant to § 22 para. 1 sent. 1 No. 6 WpHG.

The percentage of voting rights of Threadneedle Asset Management Limited in TAKKT AG at 1 November 2007 amounted to 2.925% (2,132,259 shares). These voting rights are in their entirety attributable to Threadneedle Asset Management Limited pursuant to § 22 para. 1 sent. 1 No. 6 WpHG.

The percentage of voting rights of Threadneedle Asset Management Holdings Limited in TAKKT AG at 1 November 2007 amounted to 2.925% (2,132,259 shares). These voting rights are in their entirety attributable to Threadneedle Asset Management Holdings Limited pursuant to § 22 para. 1 sent. 1 No. 6, sent. 2 and sent. 3 WpHG.

The percentage of voting rights of Ameriprise Financial, Inc. in TAKKT AG at 1 November 2007 amounted to 2.980% (2,172,259 shares). These voting rights are in their entirety attributable to Ameriprise Financial, Inc. pursuant to § 22 para. 1 sent. 1 No. 6, sent. 2 and sent. 3 WpHG."
