Management Board of TAKKT AG complete

Dr Claude Tomaszewski new CFO

At today's meeting, the Supervisory Board appointed Dr Claude Tomaszewski as new Chief Financial Officer of TAKKT AG. The 42-year-old graduate in business administration will assume the office with effect from 01 November 2011. Tomaszewski, currently Group Finance Director at the British Celesio subsidiary AAH Pharmaceuticals, succeeds Dr Florian Funck, who joined the Management Board of Franz Haniel & Cie. GmbH, TAKKT's majority shareholder, on 01 September 2011 after serving as TAKKT Group's CFO for seven years.
