Changes in the Management Board of TAKKT AG

Dr Felix A. Zimmermann to complete the Board

The personnel committee of TAKKT AG’s supervisory board today resolved to propose to the supervisory board at its meeting on 14 March 2008 the appointment of Dr Felix A. Zimmermann as member of the TAKKT AG management board. Dr Zimmermann shall be deputy chairman of the management board with responsibility for the division K + K America. Currently Dr Zimmermann is CFO of Celesio AG. His appointment at TAKKT shall start on 1 May 2008.
