Change in function at TAKKT Supervisory Board

Alexander von Witzleben new chairman of Supervisory Board of TAKKT AG

The Supervisory Board of TAKKT AG passed a resolution in its December meeting that with effect from 1 January 2008 Alexander von Witzleben becomes chairman of the Supervisory Board. He thereby replaces Dr Klaus Trützschler, who now acts as deputy chairman. This change allows for the newly regulated responsibilities in the Management Board of Franz Haniel & Cie. GmbH as the majority shareholder of TAKKT: since July 2007 von Witzleben joined the Management Board of Franz Haniel & Cie. GmbH and is in this function also responsible for TAKKT AG.
