Personnel Changes in TAKKT’s Management Board
Mr Thomas A. Loos has resigned from the Management Board of TAKKT AG for health reasons. For more than 25 years Mr Loos has held various management positions within the North American business of the TAKKT Group. On 1 July 2006 he became member of the Management Board of TAKKT AG with responsibility for the K + K America division. He will continue to support the group as a consultant. Until a successor is appointed Mr Georg Gayer, CEO of TAKKT AG, will take over the functions of Mr Loos.
