By acquiring companies in our core business – specialised B2B direct marketing – we want to follow our long-term growth strategy. This includes three possible acquisition growth paths:

  • addition of companies in existing markets (multibrand strategy),
  • world-wide expansion of existing businesses
  • expanding the TAKKT business model into new product groups

To us, it is important that the acquired companies contribute positively to our group activities and make our portfolio increasingly independent from cyclical fluctuations.

With our companies in each segment, we strive for a continuous development and a leading market position in the long run. Additionally, we consistently pursue the expansion of our existing activities to new countries and regions.
