Acquired companies are continued under the existing brands. Naturally, we – together with the acquired company – use the potential arising from the affiliation with the TAKKT Group. This includes, for example, the link-up with the efficient commercial processes of the Group or the utilisation of corporate-wide contracts for the procurement of goods or services. While thus being connected to TAKKT, the responsibility for the operational business of the companies remains with the local management. This structure enables as much centralisation as necessary and as much market proximity as possible for the TAKKT Group.

In this, we adopt a long-term approach and open up opportunities for the companies by offering our know-how and the financial strength of the TAKKT Group. Our experience of being active in more than 25 countries is a clear advantage here. For example, we successfully implemented the roll-out of the Hubert group, acquired in the USA in 2000, to Europe. In addition to the necessary investments made by TAKKT, Hubert could also profit from the versatile experience of the TAKKT Group in the European market.
