The TAKKT acquisition criteria
For the evaluation of possible acquisitions, we use filter criteria which can be deduced from our motives to acquire. The following criteria are particularly taken into account when deciding on possible acquisition targets:
- direct marketing businesses using catalogue and/or the internet as the primary method of promoting and selling products
- focus exclusively on the B2B market
- companies that market price-insensitive and high-margin products – preferably durables and specialist items
- potential to expand business internationally
