Joining us from college

You have just completed your course at college successfully and are looking for a challenging first job. We can offer you this either as a direct entry or as a trainee on our trainee scheme.

We look forward to graduates with good grades in the following subjects: Business Management or Economics, Engineering and Business Administration and Business Informatics. You have had the opportunity with in demanding work placements while still at college to demonstrate your powers of analysis and ability to get things done as well as your high level of motivation and commitment, ideally in another country outside Germany. Are you flexible, mobile and can you build up enthusiasm for the mail order business?  If so, we could be just right for each other!

The trainee scheme
By completing our 18 to 24 month trainee program you will be laying the foundation for your management career. You will get to know our company from the bottom up and make important contacts while you are working for us during the day and working on projects autonomously. Your assignment will be tailored to what you know and can do in the companies within TAKKT AG. Possible assignments are: Purchasing/Marketing, Finances/Controlling, Logistics and Sales. We will support and develop your potential with management training sessions as well as training sessions specific to the division you are working in as well as to your job. You will be able to demonstrate your inter-cultural skills during a six-month stay abroad. Once you have successfully completed the trainee programme there will be nothing stopping you from having a successful future in our group of companies!

Direct entry
Direct entry is possible in all the divisions of TAKKT AG. Your first job with us will depend upon your qualifications and which career you wish to follow. Following an intensive familiarisation by your immediate superior and colleagues you will assume demanding and responsible tasks in an international environment. You will be supported and prepared for your future work on personnel development courses.
