The TAKKT Group wants to maintain its sustainable, profitable growth in the future. Our goal is to use professional advertising material, convincing service and selected high-quality products in order to strengthen our business with existing customers, and to continuously expand our customer base through the successful acquisition of new customers. 

The TAKKT Group is generally pursuing three growth strategies in order to achieve this goal :

  1. Expansion of the mail order business in existing markets through increased catalogue circulation, an expanded product range and the offer of professional e-commerce solutions
  2. International expansion of the existing companies by duplicating the mail order systems business in the form of new foundations
  3. Acquisitions to expand the product portfolio or geographical presence

Besides the implementation of these growth strategies, other key components of the TAKKT strategy are quality assurance and the continual improvement of products and services.

A high degree of customer satisfaction - and the valuable customer loyalty that accompanies it - can only be achieved through the ongoing optimisation of advertising material, thorough monitoring and expansion of the product range and services offered.
