KAISER + KRAFT includes the Stuttgart-based KAISER + KRAFT GmbH, as well as companies in more than a dozen other European countries. In 2002, a sales and distribution company was established in Japan, followed by a company in China in 2005 and one company in Russia in 2010.

KAISER + KRAFT offers articles of office, business and warehouse equipment. Most of these products are acquired from suppliers, but some are manufactured by KAISER + KRAFT itself.
