Entering the markets for packaging solutions and display articles

The financial year 2012 was marked by two acquisitions. GPA, the leading US-American direct marketing company for display articles was added to the Group’s portfolio as well as Ratioform, the German market leader in B2B direct marketing for packaging solutions. With the acquisitions, TAKKT was able to further diversify the portfolio, add new product and customer groups and acquire innovative know-how. As an expert in e-commerce GPA generates more than 80 percent of turnover online, Ratioform follows a very successful marketing strategy based on the integrated use of very different sales and marketing channels.
