On August 02, 2011, Financiére de L'Echiquier, Paris, Frankreich has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on TAKKT AG, Stuttgart, Deutschland, have fallen below the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on July 28, 2011 and on that day amounted to 2.86% (this corresponds to 1877043 Voting Rights). According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 0.07% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 43363 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to the company from third parties.
